Description

A food intolerance is an abnormal reaction of the digestive system to one or more foods or types of food that you eat. There are many reasons for this. The most common is that the body does not produce the enzyme needed to digest the food in question properly. It may also be that your body is more sensitive to something in the food. A food intolerance does not cause a short-term reaction, unlike a food allergy. The symptoms may be considerably delayed and worsen over time.

We offer two types of sampling:

• Sampling from a classic venous blood sample. You will then need a kit of this type.
• Fingertip capillary sampling. This is an easy sample to take at home with a lancet. You will then need a kit of this type.
