Order a sampling kit for a food intolerance test (22 or 40 foods) here. We will send you all the material for the blood test and the shipment immediately. This kit contains :

• the material for the sampling of the food intolerance test as well as the material for the regulated transport,
• the application form for the analysis and the description of the costs of the analysis,
• instructions for taking and sending the sample to the Proteomis laboratory.
